Intro Session

The first 6 weeks are only the beginning!

Each package includes an initial 30 minute virtual session where we make a continued plan for your health journey to keep your new routine long term
SILVER: Customized program progression each month.
Messaging and habit tracking to keep you motivated and accountable.

GOLD: Customized program progression each month. Messaging and habit tracking in addition to our weekly virtual coaching sessions for ongoing motivation, accountability and support throughout the week.

PLATINUM: In this package, I keep you accountable and support you to get you to your goals faster.
New customized program progression every two weeks.
Weekly check in for workout and diet via email.
Weekly virtual coaching minisession for ongoing motivation and support.
A monthly session, virtual or at the gym where we measure and track your progress and adjust your goals and strategies for maximum efficiency.

Group Training
Do you have friends with similar circumstances and goals as you?
I offer small group for 2-5 people where we all work together to get fit and happy. Both beginners and intermediate available.
I currently offer smal groups Monday/Wednesday/ Friday mornings.
Starting at $25 per person or $240 for 12 sessions
Stretch Class
With inspiration from yoga, functional training, Injury prevention and rehab, I have created this class to help you relax and recover between lifting sessions.

In a relaxing atmosphere, we will warm up, foam roll, stretch short, and activate weakened muscles.
In person Tuesdays at 5 PM
